How it works & why it's better for your dog. 

To provide calm, reliable, and high-quality service in a busy London enviroment, we use a hub-based colletion system on selected routes.

​

This allows us to spend less time in traffic and more time caring for dogs. 

​

What is a hub collection?

​

A hub is a local, agreed meet-point (for example, near a groomer, cafe, park entrance) where dogs are: 

• collected in the morning

• Loaded safely and promptly

• Returned in the afternoon to the same morning collection point

​Dogs are never left waiting, unattended or unsupervised. 

The hub is used for handover only, not as a holding space.

How It works

​

Morning 

• Owners arrive at the agreed hub within a short time window. 

• Dogs are handed over directly to their carer

• Dogs are secured in the vehicle immediately

• The group departs together 

​

Afternoon ​

• Dogs are returned to the same hub

• Owners collect within the agreed window

• calm handover and check-out 

• Everyone heads home 

This keeps the day running smoothly and predictably.

Why we use hub collection? 

More time outdoors, less time driving. 

 Door-to-door pickups in London add hours of traffic time, with the hub we reduce the time dogs are in vehicle.
